CineReal offers products directly to Ottawa and Area end user via the Internet. These products are offered based on the following understandings and conditions:

1. Most of these products need to be installed internally into a computer system thus requiring that those doing the installation have a working knowledge of the the inner workings of their computer.

2. Manufacturers' warranties will be made void if it is determined by CineReal that the product has been installed improperly or has been tampered with in such a way that would make the product inoperable.

3. Customer service, support and satisfaction is our first priotity. We provide technical support at your location or ours. At your request our technicians will arrange an appointent. We can often solve your problems over the phone but there are simply some technical problems that need to resolved by "looking under the hood".

Shipping

Some products may involve a shipping/handling charge. We will inform you in advance if there are such charges. These charges seldom exceed a rate of $20.00CDN.

Payment

Payment can be made by Cheque / Cash / Certified Cheque / Money Order/ Master Card/ VISA/American Express. The use of Credit Cards will involve a 3.5% finance charge. In approved circumstances, we will accept staggered payments.

Taxes

The prices listed on this page do not include any tax, hidden or otherwise, in them. GST of 7% is applicable to all residents of Canada. An additional PST of 8% is applicable to residents of Ontario. Applicable custom's tax may also apply.

Back Orders

It is not our practice at CineReal to accumulate customer orders before placing them with our distributors. We make a habit of ordering them immediately thereby reducing your wait. We will offer to obtain these items for you using your choice of shipping methods. This will speed up your order and you will be informed of the shipping-cost differences. We will accept orders on not released/available items. This will create a backorder list of products. Those who place these back orders and those who order more expensive items may be asked for a reasonalbe deposit.
